The Dreamer

—The Dreamer. (I have a dream )
“So he said to them, “Please hear this dream which I have dreamed”(Genesis 37:6 Esv )

Dream is series of thoughts, vision, or feelings that happen during sleep, an idea or vision that is created in your imagination and that is not real, something that you have wanted very much to do, be or have for a long time (Merriam Webster).
The word ‘I have a dream’ means an assurance of bringing imagination, vision in to reality.
When I look at the future of  our youth today, I discover that there dream is very tiny, no extraordinary vision and this baffled me so much. There is no power of vision in them, the driven force for great dreams as been taking away by the love of money. Look at the future of your country, will there still be a hope? what will be the result of your dream?
... I have a dream. On the 28th August 1963, Martin Luther King present his dreams against the intimidation of the Negros. He says:
“... I have a dream that one day
even the state of Mississippi, a
state sweltering with the heart of
            injustices sweltering with the
               heart of Oppression,  will be
                transformed into an oasis of
                      freedom and justice ”

“... I have a dream that my four
little children will one day live
in a nation where  they will not
be judged by the color of their
skin but by the content  of their
                                 character”

“...I have a dream that one day,
down in Alabama, with its vicious
          racist, with its governor having
his lips dripping with the words
           of interposition and nullification,
that one day right down in Alabama
little black boys and black girls
will be able to join hands with
little white boys and white girls
              as sisters and brothers, and
Also, I have a dream that one day
every valley shall be exhalted, every
Hill and mountains shall be made
plain, and the Crooked place will
be made straight, and the glory
of the lord shall be revealed,
and all flesh shall see it together...
                            I have a dream. ”

Martin Luther was not myopic about the fulfillment of the dreams, many white people rose up in opposition to his dream. Barack Obama is a product of Martin Luther's dream, Vivian Thomas is also a product of the dream of Martin Luther. More than 730 cities in the United States have streets named after Martin Luther King. Please understand this, that to every dream, there is always a challenge to face, there will always be an instigator or an antagonist, harassment, opposition and many problems, just to ruin your dreams.
What about Joseph, that seventeen year old boy, he said:
          “...Please hear this dream which
I have dreamed:  There we were,
binding sheaves in the field. Then
behold, my sheaf arose and also
            stood upright; and indeed your
               sheaves stood all around and
                   bowed down to my sheaf.”
And his brothers said to him,
“Shall you indeed reign over us?
Or shall you indeed have dominion
over us?” So they hated  him even
more for his dreams and for his
                      words. ” (Gen 37:6-7 Esv )
“... Look, I have dreamed another
dream. And this time, the sun,
the moon, and the eleven stars
bowed down to me.” So he told it
to his father and his brothers; and
his father rebuked him and said to
him, “What is this dream that you
             have dreamed? Shall your mother
and I and your brothers indeed come
to bow down to the earth before
you?”  And his brothers envied him,
but his father kept the matter
in mind.” (Gen 37:9-11 Esv )

Joseph faced  tons of challenges and problems because he had a dream, you know the whole story, but at the end of everything, Joseph's dreams came to reality, he triumph over every obstacles. He became the governor  of Egypt and through him the Egyptian and other nations was able to  escape the great famine. ‘Joseph finish strong and became a light ’. Now, the question is what make Joseph a light?

  —He was saved
“... Lord was with Joseph, and he was a successful man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian.” (Gen 39:2). Before you can be save, you need to as Jesus to forgive your sin, confess that Jesus Christ is the son of God and believe it in your heart.

— He was saintly (Holy, sacred).
“  There is no one greater in this house than I, nor has he kept back anything from me but you, because you are his wife. How then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?”(Gen39:9), Joseph have it in mind that ‘if I sin, I have sin against God, and my dreams and vision will be terminated ’.

— He was supplicating
.
“ Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men” (1 Timothy 2:1). It is only through the help of your prayers and other people's prayers you will triumph over every obstacles.

— He was sincere (transparency)
“And the keeper of the prison committed to Joseph's hand all the prisoners who were in the prison; whatever they did there, it was his doing. The keeper of the prison did not look into anything that was under Joseph's authority, because the Lord was with him; and whatever he did, the Lord made it prosper.”(Gen39:22,23). Joseph never play prank with is masters, he has a plan mind toward other people. He has a genuine honesty

— He was separated

“So it was, as she spoke to Joseph day by day, that he did not heed her, to lie with her or to be with her” ( Gen 39:10). Joseph never took advantage of his master's properties but rather made-up his mind to partition and dismember himself from every worldliness. He surrender all things and follow Jesus.

— He was spirit filled.

“And Pharaoh said to his servants, “Can we find such a one as this, a man in whom is the Spirit of God?” without the help of God no dream can come to reality.

Finally, if only you could understand the unphantom, unfold authority and power in the name of Jesus, you will know that no dream is too big for you. what if I ask you, what is you Dream about your life? If you will ask me, I will tell you that:

                “I have a dream ”
