Fear

  FEAR

Fear has been a problem to many people today, fear is a bad feeling when something bad happens. What we haven't understood is that, fear will come in when we face problems and challenges. You see, fear is an emotion that instigate from our second part of our brain. The first part deals with thinking, reasoning and solving problems.,while the second part deals with emotion like fear, anger and other kind and another.
Actually, According to psychology, The first part of our brain tends to be active always. While the second part remain shut up. But when we face troubles and problems in life, such problems tends to activate the second part of our brain that deals with emotions.
Now what we need to do is to overcome it with the first brain that is always active, and that will take a lot of discipline (self discipline)
That's why Brain Tracy says "All fears are learned no one is born with fear". Therefore, if fear is learned that means fear can also be unlearned. How? by practicing self discipline repeating to challenge those fear until they go away.

The law of Reversibility says that
"If you feel a certain way, you will act in a matter consistent with the felling"

It means-If you are angry, you will always act according and incline with your anger, Even if you act in another consistent the law of Reversibility will always create the felling that is consistent with your actions.
That is way we need "courage". The only breakthrough is putting on courage when you are afraid, To discipline yourself by practicing courage when you do things that made you afraid repeatedly until you achieve it.
Ecclesiastically, Christ has Bourne out fear away because the Bible says: “For God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power and of love and of sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7). So there is no cause for fear.
Personally, I did not see any reason for you to be fearful and afraid. why? Because God is with us and Holy Spirit is in our midst.
